I got great value for my money at Design Suite. The room was spacious with a large bathroom and comfy king bed. The Greek decor looked even better in person. The staff at Hotel Bernina were friendly and made the process easy. The location was perfect - quiet but close to everything.
Hotel breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

The continental breakfast was a delightful adventure, with multilingual staff hiding safely at the front desk. Managed by professionals in the heart of the city, it offered satellite programming for my entertainment.
Who needs Wi-Fi, communication, or working air conditioning anyway? So old-fashioned!

The room we stayed in was themed, which added a nice touch to our city break. The bed was really comfy and we slept well. The hotel had good wifi which made planning our trip very easy. Additionally, the location was great for exploring the town and taking some great photos.
The check-in process was really confusing and took too long to access our room. We had poor communication with the staff and no one seemed to know what was going on. The breakfast was served in another hotel a few minutes away, which was not convenient or enjoyable. We were also disappointed with the condition of the room which was not comfortable, had dirty sheets and did not smell fresh. we did not have a good experience and would not recommend staying here.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The location couldn't be better - right in the center of the city and so close to the train station. This made it so convenient for us to explore the area and hop on the train. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping our room spotless and providing fresh towels daily. The room amenities were fantastic, with heating to keep us warm, a well-stocked mini-bar, and an in-room safe for our valuables. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a big plus, allowing us to stay connected. the quality of service and comfort exceeded our expectations.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room had a nice balcony, which was enjoyable to sit on and take in the view. Plus, the beds were comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. the breakfast buffet was situated in a great central location, making it easy to access.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle as it wasn't clear where we needed to go. the noise from the street outside was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get quality rest.
